The Snug

Every Thursdays from 1 – 5pm we run a free event called The Snug. It is a safe, held space that supports mental wellbeing, creativity and community. Please check Glastonbury Mental Health Network social media for accurate times and information, as we are using different venues at present. During February 2026 the venue will be the Atrium (BA6 9EL) in between Glastonbury Town Hall and St Dunstan’s House: https://www.facebook.com/glastonburymentalhealth

We have artists leading activities, volunteer listeners, beautiful ambient music and refreshments. People can also bring their own art / craft activities and games to share with others. The event is open to adults over 18

The Snug takes place in a lovely large space, with lots of break-out areas and sofas, ideal for gentle conversation or relaxing quietly.

We extend a warm welcome to everyone who comes to the event, whether they come on their own, or with a support worker, family member or friend.

There is also a smaller event at the The Avalon Community Centre which is a gentle group for adults focused around cooking and enjoying a shared meal together. The event takes place from 3-6pm every Tuesday – please contact us if you would like to find out more.
