Open Mental Health – Crisis Safe Space

If you are 18 years or over, are going through a particularly difficult time and feel you need some extra support, the crisis safe space may be able to help you, either face to face (you come to us), on the telephone or via Zoom. The service can support you with emotional distress, anxiety, depression, social isolation, low mood and poor sleep.

The service is available on Friday evenings in Glastonbury, from 6pm – 11pm. It is also available in Shepton Mallet on Saturday evenings and in Wells on Sunday evenings.

To access the service, you can call Mindline on 01823 276892, or ask your GP or health professional to be referred for a Crisis Safe Space support appointment.
