Open Mental Health – Crisis Safe Space
If you are 18 years or over, are going through a particularly difficult time and feel you need some extra support, the crisis safe space may be able to help you, either face to face (you come to us), on the telephone or via Zoom. The service can support you with emotional distress, anxiety, depression, social isolation, low mood and poor sleep.
The face-to-face service is available in Glastonbury on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays, 6pm to 11pm.
To access the service, you can call 01823 276892 or email support@openmentalhealth.org.uk
Appointments can also be booked online.
